1. How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package.
If you haven't received your tracking number within 3 business days after ordering, please check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Reach out to our support team at support@trimmersbuddy.co, and we’ll send it over.
You can also track your order using your email and order number on our tracking page.
2. How long does delivery take?
We proudly ship all orders from our warehouse to customers in Australia.
Estimated delivery time:
6–9 business days (after your order has been processed)
Please note: delivery times may vary slightly due to seasonal demand, public holidays, or shipping carrier delays.
If your order has not arrived after 35 business days, please contact us and we’ll issue a full refund.
3. What if I received a damaged or defective item?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@trimmersbuddy.co with a description and photo of the issue. We’ll resolve it quickly by offering a replacement or refund where necessary.
4. Can I return my order?
Yes, you can. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@trimmersbuddy.co to start a return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
5. Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
